Create New Password Field

This Article Applies to

This function automates the process of creating a custom Keap / Infusionsoft field to use for your member’s passwords.

Custom password fields have the following advantages over using the built-in password field:

  • Passwords can be longer than 20 characters
  • Is used only for your custom applications, such as Memberium.
  • Uses fewer API calls
  • Compatible with the new Infusionsoft order forms

If you are creating multiple membership sites, you can share the password between the sites.

In order to create a custom password field, enter the name of the field into the “Create New Password Field” box in Memberium Basic Options. The new field will be created with the name you choose, and the field will be added to the list of available fields for use in the dropdown.
