WPESignature Keap Integration via Memberium

This Article Applies to

If you have legal documents that you need your members or clients to sign, one way to accomplish this is WPesignature by approve.me. This is a premium plugin that enables you to collect legally binding signatures via your WordPress site.

Keap Integration: Add Tag when Signed

If you’re using WPESignature for all of your members, you may want to trigger actions in Keap once the document is signed. This way you can advance an onboarding campaign, unlock additional content, or have someone on your team process the signed document.

Memberium’s integration with WPESignature allows you to do just that.

On the “Add New Document” page, you’ll see a box on the top right that lets you select from a list of your Keap tags. The selected tag will be applied to the Keap contact record of any signer of said document.

Additional Information

The integration itself is extremely straightforward.

There are additional addons to WPESignature you can enable to unlock more functionality. Most of these modules are compatible with Memberium and you shouldn’t experience any issues.

Business Tech Ninjas, a Memberium Certified Partner, has an extensive background in implement this plugin on various sites. If you’re looking for someone to assist in implementing this plugin, check them out.

Nestable Shortcodes

When working with conditional shortcodes it’s often useful to have a series of tests, one after another, where each test determines if the user is qualified to continue to the next test.

Due to a limitation in WordPress’s design, the built-in shortcode system is very fast but it does not know how to count levels of nesting, so it cannot match each opening tag with its correct closing tag. In order to cleanly support this feature while not sacrificing performance, we provide the ability to nest shortcodes by giving each nested group of shortcodes a unique name by adding a number to the end. You can think of this like a Russian Matryoshka doll.
