Upgrade or Downgrade Your Memberium Subscription

If you’d like to upgrade or change your Memberium account, type in your details through the form (to the right here >) and let us know which license you’d like.

You’ll then be connected with support and we’ll be able to quickly process your upgrade request.

You can move between types of licenses (for example, switching from a Standard license to a Pro license) or you can switch to being billed yearly instead of monthly.

If there’s an unused portion from your existing payment, we’ll be able to pro-rate your account.

For example, if you just paid for your monthly plan  yesterday and decide to switch to a yearly account, we’ll take your monthly payment and apply that as a credit toward the yearly payment amount and charge you the difference when setting up your yearly subscription.
