This shortcode will display a form enabling your members to update their credit cards. The form will ONLY display when the page is secured with SSL. Please note that in order to use this shortcode, you’ll also need to add a Merchant ID from Memberium > eCommerce > General page. Here are detailed instructions on how to find a Merchant ID.
Note that Memberium does not control the form appearance, fields, pre-filling, behavior, etc. That’s all controlled from the Keap side. The form won’t submit unless it’s successful, so there’s no failure URL.
Below example allows a new credit card to be added, redirects to /success page and applies tag id 123:

backcharge: yes/no – Whether to charge this contact’s failed invoices with the new card. Please note that “backcharge=yes” will collect all unpaid invoices. Defaults to “yes”.
button_id: Parameter to assign CSS id to the submit button. Defaults to “memberium-add-payment-method-submit”.
button_style: Parameter to assign CSS class to the submit button. Defaults to none.
button_text: Parameter to change submit button text. Defaults to “Add Card”.
default: If yes – adds the credit card as default for active subscriptions. Defaults to “yes”.
plan_ids: A comma-separated list of subscription plan IDs.
redirect: The URL that is redirected to on successful credit card add. Defaults to current URL.
tag_id: A Tag ID to add or remove when the credit card is successfully updated.
