Finding Your Keap API Key

This Article Applies to

Memberium for Keap connects to your Keap app by using their API. In order to keep things secure, Keap requires us to use a unique key in order for us to access your app.

This guide will show you how to find the API key for Keap.

Finding the API Key If You’re Using Keap Max Classic

1. Login to your Keap and from the “Profile” icon, click on “API Settings.”

2. This will open the API settings page. On this page you can find the API key under the “Legacy API key” heading.

Finding the API Key If You’re Using Keap Pro or Keap Max

Let’s look at how you can get your Keap API key to use with Memberium and the i2sdk.

1. Click your name in the top right and then click settings

2. Click API

3. Enter an API Passphrase

The API Passphrase should be kept secret. It can be anything you choose but ensure that it’s something secure just like any password you’d use.

4. Press Save at the bottom

5. Copy your API Encrypted Key
